ANTHONY MEYERS: ARCHITECT OF SIGNIFICANCE
Anthony Meyers does not just coach leaders; he anchors them. As the creator of the Black Rhino philosophy, Anthony provides the Grounded Weight necessary for high-capacity executives to navigate high-friction environments with Passive Dominance. His work is dedicated to a single, powerful mission: helping leaders move from the temporary noise of "The Grind" to the permanent mark of "The Print."
Anthony’s leadership journey was forged in the most demanding arenas of public service and vision-casting. He began his career as a Deputy Sheriff in North Carolina, where he mastered the discipline and resilience required to hold the line. He transitioned this "groundedness" into higher education as a college Vice President and into municipal governance as an Assistant Director for a major U.S. city.
For over 11 years, Anthony played a pivotal role in the executive leadership of The Potter’s House in Dallas, Texas. Serving as a key architect in the vision and exponential growth of one of America’s most influential organizations, he developed the strategic framework for what he now calls the Trajectory of Significance—the move from title-based authority to legacy-based influence.
Currently, Anthony serves on the Senior Leadership Team at The Crossing Church in St. Louis, where he continues his work as a master bridge-builder, driving meaningful connections and cultural engagement.
Through his brand, JUST MOTIVATE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP, and his transformative book, IMPRINT: Transforming a Life into a Legacy, Anthony challenges leaders to stop seeking temporary impact and start manufacturing an enduring imprint. He holds a B.A. from Saint Augustine’s University and a Master’s from Jacksonville State University.
Anthony Meyers is the partner for the leader who has achieved success but is restless for significance—the leader ready to become undeniable.
Leadership forged in real life.
Anthony Meyers brings decades of leadership experience across public service, higher education, ministry, and the creative arts.
