Anthony’s leadership journey was forged in the most demanding arenas of public service and vision-casting.

He began his career as a Deputy Sheriff in North Carolina, where he mastered the discipline and resilience required to hold the line. He transitioned this "groundedness" into higher education as a college Vice President and into municipal governance as an Assistant Director in Fort Worth, Texas.

For over 11 years, Anthony played a pivotal role in the executive leadership of The Potter’s House in Dallas, Texas - serving as a key architect in the vision and exponential growth of one of America’s most influential organizations.

Currently, Anthony serves on the Senior Leadership Team at The Crossing Church in St. Louis, where he continues his work as a master bridge-builder, driving meaningful connections and cultural engagement.

He holds a B.A. from Saint Augustine’s University and a Master’s from Jacksonville State University.

Red Tail Cadet Program

Reigniting the heroic legacy of young African-American pilots (Tuskegee Airman), the Red Tail Cadet Program (RTCP) seeks to transform the lives of at-risk youth through aviation education and career path opportunities.

This powerful program was birthed from an experience Anthony had on mission trip in Africa.

Family Focused

Anthony and his wife, Marilyn, have been married for more than 30 years. They enjoy life with their two grown daughters and granddaughter.

Originally from Dallas, Anthony now calls St. Louis, Missouri home.
